...sort of anyways. I've been researching and listening to a whole new genre of music lately--expanding my audial horizons I suppose. Stumbled upon this (though it's not entirely coincidental). Have a listen.

Dear Jin,
From another Asian rapper to another Asian rapper, I want you to know that I am really proud of you. I am glad of the growth that you have gained. I knew you were good, as from the BET battles and all. However now, I know that you have heart as well.
Some rappers rap and rap, and yet they rap about nothing. And those that do say "something" often say about nothing as well.
I don't speak Chinese, but I wish I did so that I knew what you were saying. Watching you on JinTV doing the "Freestyle" video shows a different "Jin" compared to the "BET Jin". You're not a beast any more--not a monster--that's a good thing. For the first time, I see you having fun, genuine joy, and happiness.
I'm proud of you. And though I will probably not be able to rap a well as you, you are an inspiration through the Christ that shines in you.
Keep on doing what you are doing, and continue the work that He has for you in China. You are in inspiration in your life, your faith, and your humility.
